FROM GARDEN TO BOTTLE

Ignis Collective began in 2015 as a passion project in Madison, CT. What started as a friendship with the earth evolved into a horticulture experiment, as uncommon and rare varieties, unique heirlooms, and rare plants grew into a pepper garden. This garden, in turn, became a mission to preserve the summer and create the perfect hot sauce—one that delivers both heat and flavor in perfect harmony. While maintaining the traditions of the ancestors who depended on the land, and respecting our neighbors who were here before us.

Our small-batch approach ensures quality in every bottle, using traditional fermentation techniques, recipes, and processes to develop complex flavors that mass-produced sauces just can’t match.
